In 1805 , Kharkiv National Medical University was founded as the medical faculty of Kharkiv University and it was later renamed to Kharkov Medical Institute and Kharkov State Medical University and today it is known as ‘Kharkiv National Medical University’.
It is the top medical education institution in Ukraine and the MBBS or any other degrees from this University is prestigious and recognized all over the world.
For different countries of Europe, Asia, and Africa, the University has been training doctors since 1951.
More than 6000 foreign citizens (Medical / Dentistry / Pharmacy Faculties, and PG course) study at KNMU presently.
Since 1951, more than 7,500 international students graduated from KNMU.
